He. Every once in a while YT will recommend a Lisitsa video, then I spend the next 3 hours or so watching Lisitsa videos. Her Hungarian Rhapsody is particularly amazing. At one point her fingers are moving faster than the video's frame rate can display properly.

I raised my eyebrows at that. My wife would not be pleased if I labelled her as 'wife'. I use her name, of course, but to be fair, I added her to my contacts before she was my wife 🤣

It doesn't happen automatically. Officially, the defending nation, in this case Greenland under the administration of Denmark, has to 'invoke' Article 9, which is the NATO treaty that states if one member is under threat, the rest are obligated to have their back, so to speak.

I mean, I'm fully in belief that this is a when, not if situation. Not just Greenland, but here. That's why I've been stocking glass wine bottles to make molotovs with for the last 14 months. I'll do my part to defend our country, no matter what our government does and doesn't decide to do.

The clock started ticking on the need to rethink every aspect of the Canada-US relationship the moment Trump was re-elected 14 months ago. It is beyond discouraging that Canadian officials — at this late date — are still being implored to actually face reality.
If the US moves to take over Greenland – a threat we’d be foolish to dismiss – Canada would be forced to rethink every aspect of its relations with the US. Canadian officials need to start thinking though this nightmarish scenario now, not later. It would be a seismic event.
