Could be its a dying activity. I find even the dinner meet is medium on getting more interested as its something people our age like vs younger crowd. Me and torri want to expand it to an actual full day furry event but hard to jump from 10 to 50+ people.

Have people help and step in. Set rules that make the process easier on you. I host a small dinner meet (10-15 people) and still deal with things that cause more work on my end. Alot of tagging people to get an accurate headcount and still end up with extra people
