Do this as many times as you must. Also? Think before you speak: "is what I am going to say helpful or does it put others in the awkward position of being obligated tou clean up my own mess?" The way you stop thinking about poor you is that you focus on others and less on yourself.

You are chosing to go into that pit and live there. Sit with the feelings rather than seeking anyone who will pull you out. Acknowledge the feelings. Then choose to go do something else. When you do something else, do it with intent. Every time you start to spin, say no.

A therapist can help you identify problem areas in your thinking and create coping mechanisms, but you, ultimately, have to do the work to make them work for you. What I'm saying is, your self loathing, it's a choice, man. No one else is doin it to you and it's not just "happening to you"+

LOL yes. I was. I have an MA in k-12 with a specialty in ESOL and Linguistics. Even though I don't use it now, I still find it fascinating. Our history is encoded in our language. XD

In actuality, it's "Warsh-Chester-Shire" The "sh" on the "Ch" is what throws, but that's due to language compaction. The trick is to treat the syllables as separate words almost rather than trying to ram them together. Most other words in English don't operate that way so it throws people XD

Do the best you can going forward that's all anybody can ever expect of you. I know that's harsh but I say it with love and kindness. I really hope that you start developing coping mechanisms that will help you to get yourself out of the pit you're in. You can do that. I had to do that too.

If you knew or had any f****** inkling how close to the edge I go and how much I deal with on a daily basis you think twice before posting this crap. There are lots of us who have serious mental health issues. The difference is that most of us develop coping mechanisms and we quietly deal.

So look at all the famous writers in history. All their shit maks very clear, amiture mistakes. We're talking "don't name protagonist "hunter" or "raven" level mistakes. They also had some other form of pull to get their works distributed. It you are rich the rules don't apply.

Researched it. It's n ot American style. Ricotta started being used in southern Italy first, then cam over here. Americans preferred it for it's texture and it's stronger tang XD I learned something today! Thanks XD

I did ricotta and shreds of romano mixed. Made a meat sauce from scratch with sausage and hamburger mixed and fresh basil, oregano, dill, and rosemary with fresh ground pepper and rock salts. Took me a good couple hours but the result was worth it.
