Well , I can give two pieces of advice; one\nIs that it's not a bad thing to talk about yourself. You need to change the narrative in the language that you're telling yourself; That piece that you tell yourself that you're not okay that there's something wrong with you.

Remember this; your feelings are not your behavior. If you let your feelings control your actions , then you will set yourself up to fail every time. Your feelings are valid and you must give them their time and their place. But as a friend used to say , they're not all time to all places.
