If i remember correctly, this all started from a commissioner who said in a message to an artist, "ty for the bondage image" in thier payment. This broke Pandora's box in restrictions. Don't be this moron and keep it simple by not saying a @#$%ing thing at all when paying for an artist's service.
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.
