Mental health struggles aren't "spooky" or "crazy"- they're real, valid, and deserve compassion. Whether you're managing anxiety and/or depression, or just having a tough time, your feelings matter.

Good mental health doesn’t have to be scary. Sick support, set boundaries, take time for yourself, and prioritize your peace to fight back those mental health monsters.

I don't know what it says about me, but my greatest fear is people tolerating me. I never want to push myself into a space or a friendship. I grew up chasing love and approval. It wasn't until I was older that I realized that effort was pointless - they were never going to accept all of me. Ya know?
