Did you know that if your blood’s sodium level gets too low, it can be very serious? I learned how serious at 2am the other day when my doctor called me about a blood test I had hours before. “Get to the ER,” he said. I went. Wound up in hospital for a few days. Level now up. I’m home. Missed y’all
