Day 212 and I am still on my fitness streak with Peloton.
I spent 7 days in Jamaica 🇯🇲 on vacation for some R&R and active recovery and I am now home and ready to amplify my fitness goals. Back to work 💪🏾

My furry baby 🐈 enjoyed restorative yoga 🧘🏾 as much as I did today. 300 peloton yoga sessions 🎉

Although I am on a 174 day streak I prioritize to recover from the intense workout sessions. My furry baby is not allowed in the room when I am on the treadmill ❤️
