I don’t know about you, but if a middle aged doofus in a gaiter mask, Dollar Tree sunglasses, ill-fitting Walmart polo, white New Balance sneakers, and a Temu police vest tries to “detain” me, it might work because ill be overcome by incredulity that someone let him leave the house like that.

I’ve thought about how strange it would be if someone in their seventies was hired as principal of my high school. That age would likely take them out of the hiring pool for a number of valid reasons, yet we routinely elect people in that demographic to positions of authority and power.
