I was processing a homicide in an ED room once and had a nurse come in and say to me, "We cant figure out what those burns on his arm are from."
I looked at her, then looked at his arm, then looked at her, "Those are defects from shot."

Point 3) A fucking ENT doing a trach isnt qualified to determine whether a defect is an entrance or exit wound. They are really fucking hard to tell in tissue unless its a close contact and there is searing around the edges.

I have a sinus infection and nothing is helping. Ive lavaged them 3x this morning and it took about 5 min for them to fill back up. Headache, nausea...Ive taken Sudafed, all my allergy meds, nose spray....sinuses are so stupid.

Its 40 degrees out but every time the temp in the office hits 70 the AC kicks on to bring the temp back down to 68. I hate office HVAC.
