Caught wind of that the other day.
There seems to be way more friction within the discussion compared to the sombrero Mario one. There’s either some people speaking for others while not being from that culture, or people from that culture divided on whether it’s truly offensive or not a big deal.

I also redid his walk cycle late last night.
He has a little more bounce in his step, his torso has movement, and his arms flow better.

Well, my Mario sprite project is officially continued. Here’s some progress on the Mushroon Kingdom tileset, Peach’s MKW Touring outfit, and a retouched jump animation for my Mario. All still a WiP.

I decided to try and make a Kettou Beast Wars Blackarachnia.

The sprites are so small and have so much detail and personality.

Cheetor, a squid, Megatron, Tarantulus and a Blackarcnia in Kettou Beast Wars style. The sprites are on a transparent backdrop.
