Went to Ludi’s for the first time and it REALLY holds up to the hype and wait. Uber pancakes are absolutely killers but the lumpia and sausages are also killer and that biscuit was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

We got a Popeye’s Cajun Turkey this year because I never really enjoy fucking with a raw bird and it was really good. Made killer gravy out of the drippings. Definitely a winner.

Whether this was random street crime or targeted political violence, I think it was bad for the president to unnecessarily put the National Guard in harm’s way like this. They simply don’t need to be there.

27. Mickey7 - Edward Ashton: really enjoyed the movie Mickey 17 and then really enjoyed the book even though they are substantially different. I totally understand why Bong Joon-Ho changed the book for the movie and I’m not mad about it. Seeing the movie first, then reading the book is the way to go

We’ve known it’s mostly bots over there for a long time. Social media (and tech in general) being data obsessed means people would rather have thousands of likes from bots over fewer likes from actual people. Sad but unsurprising, it’s how these platforms have conditioned us.
Twitter now displays where accounts are from and it has confirmed that too many of the political accounts are out of country bots.
Why are folks still there? To argue with bots? A waste of precious time while enriching the richest man on Earth.
