Double brew day complete. Witbier with basil, coriander, grains of paradise, chamomile. Will add a basil tincture later to taste. Winter warmer- old ale base with treacle and mince meat added at end of boil with sweet orange peel. Will add a spice tincture later. Kegged the Amer lager &barleywine
