I feel like I always have to thank people for their patience with us. As a studio we don't want to rush things, or rush into projects or just do anything we don't feel confident in, so we take our time. Between making the shows or making choices- I can't thank you all enough for understanding ❤️

旧日本軍と父親の罪から目を背けない、岸田隊員の責任感の強さ…… 岸田というキャラクター掘り下げ回としても、良かったと思う。まぁ、世があまりにもクソが世すぎて過大評価してしまってるかもしれないけども（だってこの話、絶対今のウルトラではやれないでしょ…）

1971年『帰ってきたウルトラマン』で金城哲夫が唯一担当した回が「かつて日本軍が開発して残された毒ガスを怪獣が食べてしまった」エピソードで、これが金城が参加した最後のウルトラシリーズに。
帰マンの1年前にはこういう事もあったことを思うと、シナリオで直球で「日本軍」を出してきたところに、一言では済まない重みがあるように思えてならない…
