This may be a common bird on the east coast, but it's quite rare on the west coast. They're beautiful migrants that winter in Mexico, and all over parts of Central America. Migrants are welcome!

Hooded Orioles have all headed back to Mexico where most are permanent residents, with a population in California, southern Arizona and New Mexico. I'm hoping they'll come back to the U.S. when things get fixed. #birdsoftheworld #birds #aves #birdphotography #birdsofbluesky #birdwatching #oriole

Vermillion Flycatchers are desert dwellers ranging from the SW deserts down throughout most of Mexico. Mostly, they share borderlines, coming and going at their discretion while trying to survive and raise a family.

An unusual sighting on the west coast of the USA, Red-eyed Vireos are summer residents of Eastern forests. In fall they head to the Amazon basin that includes Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.
