Obviously people in transit don’t understand supply and demand.
L.A. Metro, the main transit operator for Los Angeles, just voted to oppose SB 79, a law legalizing the construction of housing near stations. You can't make this stuff up. Legislators should remember this the next time they come to Sacramento begging for more money.

I am a software product manager that recently picked up ChatGPT to write pitches and stories. Last night spent 8 hours and fleshed out an app idea. What started as a simple market research end up with a full product scope, tech stack, swagger doc, marketing plan, financial model, and investor decks.

I am first year GenX what makes our gen is we were the first kids bused. I went to a magnet school in Iowa in 70’s to integrate students. We were the first kids to live through desegregation. Some accepted and others stuck to thier racism. We fill this today

My stepmother was one of those pioneering liberals at the NYT and I am proud of her role. I wish I could hear her words now after the last many years. I feel for both of my parents who were proud, recognized journalists and have see their papers become kitty box liners.
