I had an exam on soils today. Here's one interesting insight:

Bacteria and fungi compete on decomposing leaves and other biomatter. Bacteria are better in warm wet environments, while fungi can deal with harsher conditions. That's why you rather find mushrooms in forests and on higher altitudes!

The interview went well!
But there are way less open spots than I had thought there were. Only 13. I'm sure at least 70-80 people applied. So, let's see.
I made it to the next round, short online interview next week! 🥳
No response so far. 😐

I finally, rather spontaneously, did a thing yesterday evening that I was contemplating for some time. I saw nothing major in my chart, but whatever.

Today I see a Lot of Fortune post. Check my transits. Turns out I had Sun conjunct Lot of Fortune last night. 🤯

YouTube is a legit oracle for me! It enqueued and played a random video today that contained exact words and phrases that popped into my mind during last night's meditation, and it described situations I recently had.

Apparently my throat chakra problem is related to my root chakra.

The tinitus issue is still ongoing. On the positive side I started to meditate more regularly again. Which lead to the awareness that I'm actually dealing with a whole cluster of problems here, that I think are essentially all related to my throat chakra.

I have been working with it again and...
I have been struggling with a mild tinitus in my right ear for a few weeks now. So I finally decided give it focused attention. Listening to the high pitched sound had no effect. Today I woke up with a ringing in my ear again. I started to direct all my attention into my physical ear. After around…

I'm not into coin collecting, but...

The Austrian Mint just started releasing an astrology silver coin series this month. First sign is Capricorn. They picked a pretty random order.

Each coin also has a gemstone on the tails side. Rose quartz for Capricorn. Interestingly they put Capricorn as...

I applied for my first forestry internship today and I'm very curious how they are going to react to all the software engineering background on my resume.

That's definitely the longest list since I started posting them!

There's also pattern this week: Sun and Mercury both make exactly the same aspects, but in reverse order.

I was on Spaces once and someone said “I’m doing all the adult and responsible things and I’m still having all of these problems” and I told them “That’s the maturity of Saturn, facing all kinds of problems that come even if you’re doing everything right.”

Turns out my sleep is much better when I just don’t heat my bedroom at all. I‘m a 4H Saturn.

Anyone curious may already try it on the preview environment: beta.aspectarian.com/chart?p=t_ret

Please let me know if the different options at "Return Type" in the sidebar make sense and fit your use cases. The actions menu below the chart allows converting to other tab types, e.g. bi-wheels.
Preview: The next release will add Return charts as new tab type!

There was a very interesting lecture by a soybean expert at university yesterday.

I didn’t know how nutritional it really is. Legume with the highest protein content, including all essential amino acids. I will test eating more soy products, see how I feel about it.

Ask me anything on soybean!

I never knew that "pudding" is actually just corn starch stirred in a hot liquid!!

It costs just a fraction when homemade. I tried coconut milk and soy milk as substitutions for cow milk already, both fine. Also, it's transparent when made with water!

I will never be fooled by Big Pudding again!

My takes on Ketu and Rahu:
1) The Lunar Nodes are a Churning Rod--they churn the ocean of life for the native so as to refine and reveal the "nectar" of the chart. Squares, returns, and reversals can be pivotal times for parts of the natal promise to unfold.

My 3rd talk on the Lunar Nodes is coming up w/the Bedford Astrology Club ✨

This time I will be speaking on the lunar nodes through the signs & this talk will be on Zoom starting at 8pm in the UK

I always say astrology is like a weather report to me, to prepare me for the energetic vibe of the days ahead.

I was so confused before I had astrology. One day it was all fun and games and the next one all quiet and reserved. When I asked people they responded 'What do you mean, nothing changed?'
It is tough to talk to someone about astrology's real, extremely tangible utility, because there are actually a lot of good reasons to be skeptical of it from the jump.
astrology can be very hard to talk about with the majority of people (often including other astrologers!) because both its study and practice is deeply intertwined with epistemology, aka how we know what we know and to what extent we can know it. plus, metaphysics, history, and translation!

TLDR; I realised I'm struggling with self-confidence issues, amplified by my autism self-diagnosis a couple months ago, which makes me feel very uncertain in social situations, draining my energy very quickly. I don't know what to do about it. ...
It finally manifested yesterday.

We had a test at university in the morning, and events like this often stir up the social dynamic, because people talk a lot before and after the test.

I'm already known as one of the "smart" ones, so I'm sometimes approached with questions, while other...
