#GH This Sonny/Justine thing is so dumb. Not from the romantic angle, although I have no interest in it, but from the legal angle. She’s visited him at his house several times, and has socialized with him. She’s totally compromised. She should never be able to being a case against him.

It’s the ultimate irony of our legal/government system, that a witness has to swear to tell the truth under penalty of perjury, but the interrogators (like Jim Jordan) can lie with impunity while questioning them. 🙄

It absolutely astounds me that corporate CEOs are OK with this lunatic setting fire to our international relationships like this. I would think based purely on greed they’d want this guy out of office and would lobby the feckless Republicans in Congress to do something about it.

#GH No case against Michael would be provable beyond a reasonable doubt. Diane would just have to focus on why they charged Willow, and Turner would have to admit they had damning evidence that dissappeared.

#GH Willow…that’s not how Double Jeopardy works. You can‘t be tried twice for the same crime. You’re not immune from prosecution for a new crime. 🤣

I just watched a show about the last years of the Roman Empire. Three main causes of the fall: (1) A handful of rich families hoarding all the wealth for themselves. (2) Vilification and oppression of immigrants (non-Romans). (3) Incompetent leadership including the Emperor. Sound familiar?

#GH I‘m still holding out hope that Sonny is only playing Turner and making sure she’s compromised so she can’t prosecute him. That’s what he said a long time ago. Now of course, the writers probably forgot all about that.

#GH This story is so dumb. The will would have to go through probate and could be contested by everyone. There’s no way the house is legally Ronnie’s yet.

Question for any lawyers or those with law knowledge: If the DOJ has established a pattern of bringing “bad” cases that they lose or that get thrown out, can that be used by other defendants to taint cases brought against them?
