I truly can't stress this enough: No one's art is good enough to justify them being miserable to work with. Almost everyone I've worked with has been wonderful, but the handful of folks that weren't brought the whole team down by being egotistical, sexist, condescending, etc.

I was a college sophomore studying 3D Computer Animation when this dropped and it was a BIG DEAL.
30 years ago today, The Simpsons premiered the "Treehouse of Horror VI" Halloween special, in which Homer enters a 3-Dimensional world and crosses paths with the library from Myst island!
