Ended Anime NYC by having dinner at Mitsuwa in Edgewater, NJ and took some great pics of the NYC skyline at night.

My very first post on Blue Sky is about cat manga. That feels right.

Picked this up at the @denpabooks.bsky.social booth at Anime NYC. It's Moto Hagio, so of course it's well drawn and well written. Most importantly she really understands cats. As a cat person myself, I really appreciated her humor and portrayal of Leo. Brilliant manga from a master of the form.

Rewatched Pixar's Soul, criminally neglected film. My favorite Pixar film. It's so profound, yet kind in its message. Truly an adult film. You have to have lived enough life and seen a dream or pass die to understand its message. I hope one day it will be recognized for the masterpiece it is.
