Also, access to a nutritionist or registered dietician should not be as hard as it is. I've worked with a nutritionist. I had to schedule in January for an April appt. I also had to pay out of pocket because seeing a nutritionist wasn't covered by my insurance.

I wish there was more vigor and research put into healthy weight loss. Like there's got to be more than exercise and eat right and sleep. Weight loss needs to be studied at the molecular level.
