Instead of an exam, students take on the role of either the prosecution or the defence, and fight for a verdict which favours their clients

What I learned:
• It builds deeper critical thinking and legal reasoning
• Students feel more engaged and empowered
• It mirrors real-world legal practice

Just wrapped up two incredible days at the University of Stirling’s annual Learning and Teaching Conference.
