When Devon County Council was Conservative led, the SEND deficit was about £200 million. If they hadn't kept these deficits off the main balance sheet under a temporary accounting override, it would have effectively gone bankrupt and the financial crisis would have hit years ago.

In January, MPs were given the opportunity to attend a debate about dentistry with the minister responsible for dentistry, Stephen Kinnock.
The Lib Dems MP for Honiton & Sidmouth, Richard Foord & the Labour MP for Exeter is on the picture.
Our Tory MP for #ExmouthandExeterEast was missing.
Just 18 MPs (of roughly 650) came to meet today with the Minister responsible for dentistry, Stephen Kinnock. Four of us were from Devon. It says something about the state of NHS dentistry in the south west. 1/2
