Someone should give me Expedition 33 as a little treat. I kind of want to play it, but not enough to buy it again after removing it from my library without a refund because I saw they used AI placeholders and dropped it like a fucking hot potato.

I'm of two minds about Kirby Air Riders updates stopping really soon. On one hand, I think it's really cool to see a big multiplayer game be a bit old school and actually launch as a feature-complete project. On the other hand, it would have been nice to see them charge a more old school price.

My computer is so loud after making various upgrades this year lol. It actually bothers me enough that I cap my framerate when I don't have to sometimes.

I started playing Robot Alchemic Drive because I saw Dollip on Twitch streaming it, and oh my god it's kinda peak? Like I love the gameplay a lot. I had only known it before from clips of the very campy kind of bad voice acting, but it's awesome

Is it a hot take to say I wish Atlus wasn't working on Persona 4 Revival, at least to the extent that they currently seem to be? I'm probably going to play and like it, but idk I want Persona 6, and Persona 4 Golden is already a really good way to play Persona 4 on every current and last gen system.

I've seen some people speculating that the amount of 2027 release dates announced at the game awards is related to GTA 6, and all I'm saying is those motherfuckers better know that they shouldn't bet on 2027 lmao. I would be surprised if GTA 6 actually releases November of 2026.

While I did ultimately decide against selling my 5070 Ti to get a PS5 Pro, I still want one lol. I know the smart thing to do is just wait for the PS6, but if I for some reason have over $700 to spare at some point that wouldn't be better spent elsewhere, I'll probably get one.

It is fucking today that I learn you can punch the balls when the final boss of DK Bananza uses his ball attack
I think to this day the angriest I've ever been on stream was during the final boss of that game, and I wonder how much easier it would've been if I knew that.

I take back what I said about DK Bananza's music a little bit ago. I still stand by the idea that the levels themselves don't have very memorable music tracks, but the Bananza tracks and some other songs in the game make up for it. They're very very good.

Fuck it. I don't really care too much about the AI placeholder thing in Expedition 33 anymore. Like it sucks, but none of the final game itself uses AI after the one texture was patched. If there's one game to rally against for using AI that won in The Game Awards last night, it's Arc Raiders.
