Nothing says ‘Go To Hell’ more than the President & Congress spending $300M on a ballroom while raising the cost of health care, cutting SNAP food subsidies for the elderly & poor, and cutting taxes for $500K+ households. It’s almost like they are trying to get voted out of office. Make it happen.

What’s important to remember is not the *courage* of 4 Republicans who (reluctantly) withdrew support; instead, we need to face the ugly fact that 49 remaining Republican Senators were all-in on voting for Dear Leader’s latest repugnant nominee. Unfortunately, there are plenty more like him waiting.

Back in December, after the terrible election, a friend (who voted for Harris) said not to worry, that Trump would not get anything done anyway and told me I was being ‘chicken-little’, needlessly alarmed that the sky was falling, but he said Fear Not, that this, too, would pass. Not so.
