Well, no, that's why it's useful to differentiate. There are many valid use-cases for various formsof machine-learning, for example, without needing sycophantic chatbots.

Imo it makes sense to take the stand over healthcare-alone. Too many people are truly hurt by a shutdown and even more by the loss/cost of healthcare if this car goes through. It would not be right to subject the shut down casualties to a list.

We are barely understanding and not at all acknowledging, the repercussions is SM - we do not need AI and LLMs introduced. We don’t even require accountability for algorithms. This is all about money- not advancing AI science. Let’s take a pause in using the tech in SM. We will survive a pause.

Among the endless fire hose of news, there was an interesting nugget buried in Mayor Keith Wilson's statement today.

The city of Portland is considering taking over the lease of the ICE facility and the city said it has no intention of being ICE's landlord.
