From educational children's books about tiny dragons, to magical worlds and silly Pokemon comics, I strive to spark curiosity and joy with my art & stories ☺️💖

An illustration of a Nasturtium dragon, a tiny Gardendragon-species. It is watching Ivy bees flying in the distance, pollinating and collecting nectar from Ivy. This illustration is one of many of my Gardendragon children's books, Previously available in Germany, they're now looking for a new publishing house. An english translation of the first book is in the works. You can find more of my Gardendragon art under the #gardendragons hashtag on my profile. Little Dipper - a star-blessed foal with the constellation of Ursa minor on its coat, the north star Polaris marking its heart. This illustration is part of my "Herds of Epona" project - A trading card series currently in the works and to be sold on Conventions in Summer 2025. The production of these cards is being funded through my Patreon, where you get a direct and early look at new illustrations, sketches and progress on the production of merch. Look up the hashtag #HerdsofEpona on my blog for more card illustrations. Faemon Dex Entry of Shepant - Faemon started as a personal character design exercise of designing fake Pokemon. It is now its own project under the name #Faemon (Fae/Fairy-Monsters) with its own world, lore and story in the works. The majority of Faemon and their abilities are inspired by real-life counterparts that I intend to highlight with each design, to educate people in a fun way and spark fascination for our natural flora and fauna. Most people online know me for my Pokemon Webcomic "El's Alolan Adventures". The comic can be read on tumblr and Webtoons, link can be found in my mentioned linktree in this post. It's a slice-of-life comic and direct continuation to the game story of Pokemon Sun and Moon. People unfamiliar with the games can find a plot summary for it on my homepage (also listed on my linktree) to get started. This battle scene is not featured in the comics, but has actually been commissioned by one of my Patrons earlier this year. An absolute dream come true to get paid for to work on, thank you Linus! 😄 The Webcomic gets mainly funded through Patreon - Otherwise I would not be able to afford the time to work on it. I thank every single one of you who decides to support me and my stories through Patreon.

Bees 🐝
This art features 100 bees of various colors and shapes. These bees are designed in a cartoonish style, based on real species. The common name or species is written below the animals. Some bees are moving leaves, scraping plant hair, or sticking out their tongues. Some male bees have hairy faces and unusually shaped legs. There are also baby bees that have just hatched from their petal nests. Cute and colorful atmosphere. There are over 20,000 species of bees, so I only depicted a very small fraction of them!

Guzma from Pokemon Sun and Moon and El from my Pokemon Webcomic "El's Alolan Adventures" as characters in an old west setting: Guzma Jaramillo, a notorious outlaw and Elaine Brook, a young woman defending her uncles farm "Brookside Orchard". STORY SYNOPSIS: When Elaine moves to her uncle Arthur's farm near Cloverfield, she expected a lot of hard work to help her family bring in the harvest, but also the prospect of exploring a new environment with new wildlife to discover. What she did not anticipate was to be put in charge of guarding the familys orchard with her tamed American Kestrel and a double-barreled shotgun. "Brooksides Orchard" had become a popular target for thieves and outlaws to steal provisions and especially the Skull gang is making El's job a living nightmare. But everything changes when she comes face to face with the gang's notorious leader Guzma Jaramilllo and crosses paths with him one too many times. Is there more to this outlaw than meets the eye? When Elaine realizes he's in posession of knowledge she seeks, she decides to offer him a deal he can't refuse... THIS IS A PATREON-EXCLUSIVE STORY you can unlock on my patreons lowest tier! In December my guides asked me to rest for the winter until Lunar new year.
I did not think the gods themselves would put me back to bed EVERY TIME I try to work. First a cold, then cramps, now I CAN'T MOVE MY ARM. As I'm writing this the radio has started playing "All we can do is sit and wait".

I feel this. It's no coincidence that gardening was something I enjoyed this year. Fewer devices, less tracking, more care. Paper books, friends IRL, walking, tea, perfume, cinema, gigs...
Just be mindful that the attention economy is *not*your friend and not everything is accomplished by shopping.
