Faemon Dex Entry of Shepant - Faemon started as a personal character design exercise of designing fake Pokemon. It is now its own project under the name #Faemon (Fae/Fairy-Monsters) with its own world, lore and story in the works. The majority of Faemon and their abilities are inspired by real-life counterparts that I intend to highlight with each design, to educate people in a fun way and spark fascination for our natural flora and fauna.

Most people online know me for my Pokemon Webcomic "El's Alolan Adventures". The comic can be read on tumblr and Webtoons, link can be found in my mentioned linktree in this post.
It's a slice-of-life comic and direct continuation to the game story of Pokemon Sun and Moon. People unfamiliar with the games can find a plot summary for it on my homepage (also listed on my linktree) to get started.

This battle scene is not featured in the comics, but has actually been commissioned by one of my Patrons earlier this year. An absolute dream come true to get paid for to work on, thank you Linus! 😄
The Webcomic gets mainly funded through Patreon - Otherwise I would not be able to afford the time to work on it. I thank every single one of you who decides to support me and my stories through Patreon.

These designs are all FIRE, it's a shame I don't have any use for any of them 😭😭 Keeping an eye out tho for future drops 👀 The last time I bought a design it lead me to developing a whole ass story for my entire Faemon-universe, so I love being inspired through new input like this :D

I actually turned my PC off after posting this and went outside for a walk. I found some ripe raspberries and some gorgeous horse chetsnuts :D They ain't edible but they're just SO PRETTY to look at 🤩✨
Seriously, nature does wonders for your psyche. Please take a break and take good care of yourself

I'm seeing some dumb comments underneath my initial posts but please for the love of god, instead of defending the existence of the internet or being a smartass, just take a break from social media. I'm seeing so many of my mutuals post in doom-and-gloom-mode and I hate how I barely see anything /postive/ posted on here anymore. We just get confronted with way too much negative news every single day and stay glued on our phones when it's just making things worse and worse for our psyche.
Yes, the world is chaotic and tense right now. But we can't change anything about it if we keep confronting ourselves with the worst, it will destroy us mentally. Staying off social media is not living in ignorance, it means that you take care of yourself. And when you take good care of yourself, you will feel better and have more energy. And that energy you can invest in doing something good. And that good deed could just be as little as showing kindness to a stranger. Or pick up the trash on the street. Or have a nice talk with a friend. Kindness has a ripple-effect we are not aware of, but it's there and it's HUGE.

So if you feel like everything is doomed, get off the internet, do something for yourself and go outside. There's much more peace and happiness in this world than you are aware of. You just need to give it a chance to find you.

Pet a dog. Sit under a tree. Smell a flower. The world has so much more to offer than you think

All the little things you enjoy doing and learning to do will assist you in being creative and getting where youre meant to be.
Dont stress so much about not being enough or doing the right thing to be similar to X or Y artist/author you admire. Just do you, and do it WELL. The rest will follow. :]🫶

FR by now I do a photosession for almost every comic update I make once I got the storyboard down 😭 It's boring af to do but in hindsight it saves me /so/ much time because I can just strike the exact pose I want on camera and don't need to look for it...if it's anything too unique I use 3D Models

At every single step of this fight, critters have been looking for technical solutions out of it. First it was "well, just use a VPN." Next up, "just publish to your own website."

Like every Youtuber has something that defines them, if they're not a creative themselves then they usually have a community-insider, a popular quote, a topic they're passionate about, you can create appealing visuals for super niche stuff! So much potential yet so few people actually get creative

IDK I just think it's super lame that 80% of merch shirts I see look identical with the only difference being the *tiny* logo on the left top corner of a shirt. Wouldn't fans want to recognize each other in public? Why not go all out with an actual cool illustration in reference to the creator?

Youtubers with a following BIG enough to afford investing in a merch-line most likely have the funds to create something truly UNIQUE. A SHIRT IS A CANVAS, USE IT!!! GET CREATIVE, PAY A GRAPHIC DESIGNER, AN ILLUSTRATOR, ANYONE, WHY NOT MAKE IT ACTUALLY LOOK /COOL/ TO WEAR YOUR STUFF?? GEEZ!!!

I know Youtubers need to pay their bills too but if I come across one more lazily designed merch-line that literally only conists of a white and a grey T-shirt/Hoodie with a tiny logo of said Youtuber for 50 bucks then I WILL BECOME VIOLENT FROM SEEING THIS CREATIVELY BANKRUPT CORPORATE GARBAGE
