Apparently I missed the memo Arizona sent that says they're only offering fancy wired ribbon for sale this year. Either that or there are a lot of ribbon hoarders in my area.

Oh, no!! I made such a rookie mistake. I bought wrapping paper from Costco. Not only did I not check to see how many feet the 3 pack contained, but I bought 2 packs. I have enough wrapping paper to pass down to my children's children's children.

The ACA deadline was 2 days ago. Now they're having a vote?! What happens to the people who dropped coverage or lowered coverage? I know you can still sign up for a Feb. 1 start, but what about Jan.? Can you change your plan back to just shitty insurance instead of shittier insurance?

I'm having trouble getting into the holiday spirit this year. It's my first year without my Things at home, the world feels on edge, and the highs this week are going to tie records (79F). I'm not to 'bah humbug', but definitely feeling 'blah humbug.'

I wear a smart watch most of the time. When I woke up this morning, my watch dinged my wrist and basically said, "So, about your sleep last night, are you okay? Maybe you should focus on rest today."😂

I think we should lobby for smell-o-vision. Behold the annual Cabernet Blueberry Cranberry sauce. Prep is going slowly this year as I've caught some kind of ick (first time in 5-6 years). I'm not a fan of feeling icky, but I've enjoyed being able to binge 'Poirot'.
