Interesting! Here we have mechado (definitely Spanish-influenced), however it is a tomato-based (unshredded) meat stew with vegetables that's paired with rice!

OHOOOOO thank you, I was trying to replicate a meal I had at a Mexican place but didn't remember what it was called. But it's some kind of shredded pork meat that came with cilantro and lime rice. 🤔

Can any Mexican tell me what the fuck the closest thing is to this thing I've been making. Idk it's just pork shoulder that's cooked with lime juice, chilies, cilantro, oregano, salt, cumin, chicken broth and aromatics. Shredded after 2-3 hours cooking. I eat it with rice, sometimes in a tortilla.

Trying to explain my obscene progression level on Ana like. I don't think getting a team wipe potg or being top fragger compares to the god complex high of a good sleep dart or humiliating a Sombra or a Tracer flanking by winning a 1v1. I like chilling in the back on support and also playing god.

Oh man. 🫂 From one insomniac to another, I'm on something a lot gentler now (lemborexant), easier for any doctor to prescribe but it's also a LOT more expensive so I try to use it only when I'm desperate.
