Further evidence that diets are pretty stable through later adult life (British Whitehall II cohort study). Nice paper from Mengmei Wang et al. @ucl.ac.uk showing UPF trajectories and links to CVD and CHD. Reinforces the need to develop healthy dietary behaviours earlier in life.
