Approval Voting truly transcends partisan politics. Approval Voting isn't a Republican or Democrat issue—it’s a VOTER issue. By letting you approve every viable candidate, we take the power back from the party structure and give it directly to the people.

Approval Voting is the simple, powerful solution for better elections. It works in both Primary and General elections, and communities can easily adapt it to advance a Top 2 or Top 4 field from the primary. Flexibility for a better democracy! #ElectionReform

💡Did you know? During the 13th century, the Venetian state used Approval Voting to elect members of its Great Council. Electors cast a vote for every candidate they found acceptable. The winner was the person w/ the largest number of voters. History shows this system works!

A government shutdown is the symbol of a broken, polarized system. Imagine electing leaders who aren't forced to cater to the partisan extremes just to win. #ApprovalVoting elects leaders incentivized to be nonpartisan and work together, not cater to extremes.

We advocate for Approval Voting.. voters when they have the opportunity to learn about it can see the benefits. We serve as a resource for all communities to learn about alternative methods. We have never stood in the way of a community to adopt a reform. We think America has a vote splitting prob.
electionscience.bsky.social
Last year we began introducing Approval Voting to Michiganders. The data showed voters are ready to learn about reforms but may not be ready to abandon their political parties. This underscores the need for tailored, adaptable solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Here's an example of our CEO Nina advocating for all the reforms to be adopted as a national resolution for the NAACP. Again... testimonials matter, and we can't ignore voters who find RCV difficult. youtu.be/5NteLbHpqhE?...

We've never claimed that RCV is unscientific. Rather, our position is that it is not a "silver bullet" fix for every jurisdiction in America, despite how it is often promoted. The growing body of data & testimonials from voters who do not support RCV in their communities must be taken into account.
