It is completely bonkers that Vance is advocating using the full power of the US government to prosecute speech and opinions conservatives don’t like. I guess all of the Republican angst about cancel culture — which was conducted by people, not the government — was just total BS?

The destruction of the CDC and our public health system impacts everyone’s health. The Aug 8 shooting was a culmination of years of misinformation about public health workers and science.
