As a former teacher, small business owner, dad, and state senator, I’ve seen Georgia’s potential because I’ve lived it. Georgia families are just looking for a fair shot.

Trump and his allies laid off critical CDC workers here in Georgia in their latest round of reckless mass firings. Our public health depends on these professionals, and when they’re forced out, lives are on the line.

Progress starts with our children. I had a blast visiting the Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy for Georgia Pre-K Week.
As a former educator and dad to two little ones of my own, I know how critical early childhood education is to our kids' success.

Amber Nicole Thurman was a devoted mother, a medical assistant who dreamed of becoming a nurse, and the light of her mother's life. Her death was entirely preventable, and she would be here with us today if not for doctors delaying her care and Georgia’s abortion ban.

Small businesses power Georgia, but too many can’t get off the ground because they can’t access capital.

The rumors are true. I’m expanding Medicaid as governor.

Georgia forfeits $3.6 billion federal dollars each year by not expanding Medicaid. With those dollars, we could cover over 400,000 more Georgians and lower premiums across the board — that’s my priority.
