"Free speech" has never been real in the US. It just means "You have to let the nazis talk!"🤡

Because immediately after MLK Jr. gave his "I have a Dream" speech, the US government named him the greatest threat to national security, and labeled him "The Most Dangerous Negro." 🤷🏿‍♂️

The most common question I've gotten on my train simulator lately is how I managed to connect a GSM-R Driver's Control Panel (DCP) to my simulator. Although just a glorified display and keypad (no radio whatsoever is involved), it's popular for immersive simulation. Here's how: z80.me/blog/tsc-gsmr/
Train Simulator Controller: Simulating a GSM-R Driver's Control Panel
GSM-R is the latest secure way for UK train drivers to communicate with signallers (dispatchers) and other drivers. Modern UK trains have a Driver’s Control Panel (DCP) with a display and buttons, but...

American crewed space exploration has been basically a punchline my entire life. I literally have friends working on Artemis and I still don’t quite believe on an emotional level that it’s actually happening
It's wild to me that in a few more weeks this may no longer be true. (Technically - depending how far the Artemis crew's far-side moon orbit is from Earth now compared to all the Apollo missions.)

can u imagine being not only a baptized christian but an ordained priest and then, when NPR asks you about the Bishop of New Hampshire's comments last week, what you find to say is "I didn't sign up to be a martyr"??

This happens in the US too where a bunch of domestic anti-imperialism/anti-war types ended up reflexively pro-Russia 🤡
This is a trap I see a lot of leftists fall into, right now with the Iranian and Venezuelan regimes.

A simplistic leftist analysis chooses to support whomever the US opposes.

And they end up supporting dictatorships and crimes against humanity by default.

Sometimes everybody’s an asshole.
Over the years, I’ve worked on many investigations into the IDF’s conduct in the OPT. The past two and a half years, amid genocide, have been the most intense. That’s why I can’t understand those who claim solidarity with Palestine while denying the mass violence carried out by the Iranian regime.
