What will really blow your mind is... if a mirror reflects all visible light, then why isn't it white? A piece of paper that reflects all visible light is white.
Mirrors don't flip things around. They don't make things backwards.

This would be the coolest place ever. Just hover in orbit over this three-way boundary of light that also happens to be the first couple numbers of Fibonacci geometry.

My favorite thing about Saturn is that its rings reflect sunlight onto the surface even during night. Can you imagine what this would look like from Saturn itself? Amazing.

My next presentable watercolor attempt, after a few more flubs and restarts. 😅 I still have a *lot* to learn, but I'm really enjoying the process along the way.

I haven't been asked a process question in a while! But it's just observational realism. Draw it by eye, little bit of a grid if I need it, otherwise freehand 💛

Throwback to this Blade Runner sketch. It's wild how I used to think I couldn't be autistic because I didn't stack cans or arrange my toys in a row. Kiddo, you definitely arranged something.

The fact that humans measure everything doesn't mean the universe must be be measured. Or that all you can do is measure it.

What I mean is. We measure time because we CAN, but the universe is under no obligation to make sense to us, certainly not according to how we decide to measure it.

I've been working in sketchbooks more as part of a class assignment; here are some of my recent sketches 👉👈 I've been trying to draw what comes to me in the moment, and not worry too much about the output or making everything perfect, but also put time into each to make it feel 'done' as a sketch.

My dad recycles the heavy duty paper covers his camera plates come in and uses them to clean his printing press, and he'll reuse them over over until they're saturated with ink. If he thinks they're pretty or might be good to draw on he'll give them to me LOL.

Feel bad for "summoned by mirror" entities. Oh, you didn't really want to meet me despite saying my name five times? Rude.

This is the nerdy-ass content for which I signed up. Put this shit right into my veins.
super cool study found human artifacts in Bearded vulture nests, incl. Good morning! Remember to hang in there—things are getting better even if you can't see it today. I know this because it once took twelve popes to ban striped clothing.

I genuinely love seeing amateur art because I genuinely love seeing how other people perceive things. To me, there's no information on earth more useful, more wonderful, or more enlightening than how other people process living.

There's a hawk outside having a screamy chitchat with no one, and there's a bluejay a few trees away practicing imitating her, and she is so annoyed about it.

I am begging you to find a book or movie you've never heard of that looks interesting and take a risk. You don't have to only enjoy things other people have approved.
