A year ago I set a goal to make my absolute favorite Dragon Age Inquisition costume as screen-accurate as possible- and I did it! It took me a year!
I learned a whole bunch in the process- eva foam armor, resin casting, foam carving.. etc.

I read the book "The Everlasting" by Alix E. Harrow and I absolutely loved it. I basically didn't move for five hours once I started the book.

So I finally read "The Traitor Baru Cormorant" and man. That was a "sit and stare into the void" book at the ending. What do I even do now. Do I even read the next book?? It was good, don't get me wrong.. but eesh.

I got a new bookcase and finally set it up last night. My overflow piles have been shelved! I have space again to sort and organize!
And now to remind myself that a partially empty bookcase is not a challenge. We do not need to fill it up. It will fill as the correct books come into my life.

I'm playing through all the DA games again and I'm finally back to Inquisition, my beloved.
This time I'm trying to read a DA novel too- so I started "Asunder" last night! It's a hefty book! I'm enjoying it so far, I'm going to appreciate the extra context now when I talk to Cole!

Just finished "Automatic Noodle" by @annaleen.bsky.social it was such a delight! Sad but also full of found family and hope and caring for each other.. robots helping each other find their creativity!
