Is it a #valeg session if someone doesn't try to repeal Virginia's bipartisan ban on foam cups and take out containers though?? Excited to defend this popular, impactful law for the 5th year in a row! #FoamFreeVA #WildlifeOverWaste

Wow, the chemicals in this product only cause cancer and birth defects in California!

For real though, I'm very grateful for CA's impact on the supply chain and consumer protection.

Did you know 10 trillion preproduction plastic pellets enter the ocean every year? Simply put: this is industry litter that we pay to facilitate whenever we buy anything with plastic.

Plastics are problematic at every stage of life-- long before consumers ever touch them.

Did you know 16% of Virginians who start the permitting process for residential solar end up cancelling due to costs and delays?

Good news, there's a simple solution. By switching to instant permitting, more Virginians can power their home with the sun. environmentamerica.org/virginia/cen...

Chemicals found in plastics pose health risks, including in early pregnancy. I'm sounding the alarm for stricter regulations on plastics/microplastics, because Making America Healthy is inconsistent with the GOP turning a blind eye to big polluters.

We can't give up on creating a healthier planet.
The health risks from plastics almost nobody knows about
Researchers have linked phthalates, chemicals found in plastics, to premature birth, infertility and ADHD.

I went to Phish for the first time since getting lasik and let me tell you 1000/10 experience. It's hard to explain what the band means to me but seeing them so clearly after who knows how many shows was something I'll never forget. Love my Vermont boys.

The US Forest Service has begun the process to rescind the "Roadless Rule". Roadless areas like this one, adjacent to Douthat State Park in the George Washington National Forest or the Bear Creek roadless area, home to miles of the AT are now under threat of development.
