Looooong day meant coming home ravenous! Grabbed some frozen peas and some cashews and sautéed them in a sauce of gochujang, sesame oil, some random stir fry sauce found in the fridge, gochugaru and garlic powder, served over rice. Easy spicy yummy yum. #veganfood

For #veganuary I’ve posted about chicken, cows, bees, lobsters, octopi, pigs, fish, & sheep. Goats are also intelligent, can learn to open latches, have long-term memory & are very curious. I hope I helped just one person reconsider their food choices. Less cruelty = better world #veganfood #vegan

Media reporting ‘both sides’ is for issues that require debate in the public square. The murder of Mr. Pretti is NOT a both sides issue, everyone can see w/ their own eyes exactly what happened. Journalists who report otherwise hold disdain for the public & clearly have an another agenda.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti was an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. His life, through his profession, was dedicated to serving his community and our country.

When a friend tells you to ‘have fun’ when you’re leaving for a protest and then, upon returning, they ask you if you ‘had a good time with your fellow malcontents’ is not actually real friendship imho but just using lousy filler words in a poor attempt to appear supportive when they are not.

Our local protest out was rather small, about a hundred, would’ve been more except people thought it too cold at 59 degrees. Humbled by the people protesting in Minnesota at -9 degrees. They put us to shame.

Left my car at the body shop, forgot that my protest poster was in the trunk. I know they saw it because they had to open it to work on the bumper. I was a little wary when I picked up the car cuz you never know who you are dealing with.

Sheep aren’t dumb flock animals! They can recognize faces & read facial expressions in other sheep & humans, even in pics. They can self-medicate by recognizing beneficial plants, they can perform executive functions and exhibit emotional complexity. One week left of #veganuary #vegan #veganfood
