I do think that a possibly underrated dynamic in The Horrors is that the Right as it has reconstituted itself under Trump legitimately can’t understand sincere moral or physical courage

I spilled my coffee all over me while at the bus stop and now I’m sticky and smell like hazelnut and honestly it’s refreshing to have a bad morning for a truly banal reason instead of *points everywhere*

Every time something goes even a little bit viral, I have to spend too much time blocking bots. I absolutely do NOT have that many actual followers and my block to keep ratio of new “followers” is like 15 to 1.

Bots are so bad here.

A dozen plus reporters at the stadium to cover the signing of a multimillionaire.

Not one single reporter covered how the Tours union was successfully busted today.

Baseball labor isn’t just about the players.

Group one was about 75ish grade schoolers eating lunch and high on getting waves from Ohtani AND Muncy. They loudly informed Tucker he would hit 50 home runs this year. He waved at them so the pact is sealed.

Group two is us Tours folk seeing “23” and going HMMMMMM.

I wonder if one single reporter has the balls to ask why the Dodgers are engaging in union busting today.

I’m not religious, but my breakfast reminds me of the biblical story of loaves and fishes, how if we share there can be enough for all.

An ironic meal on the day my union might get dissolved because of selfishness and greed.

Kinda glad I missed The Turnaround because I feel like that much hope dying inside might just take me along with it right now.

Reiterating the idea that the Hall of Fame should be in a bigger, more accessible city so that more fans could have the opportunity boo an inductee for cheating in person.

When you thought you put a Cat Sebastian book in your bag for the day but it’s actually a Gil Hodges biography.

Whelp, I had an e-bike for all of a month before it got stolen.

Lucky me, the insurance claim process requires a police report, so I spent my morning at the Van Nuys PD since for some reason, you can’t report a stolen e-bike online.

Now I wait 3-5 business days for someone to call me back. ✌🏻

Of course they want to keep ICE. The violence bar they have cleared is useful to those in power. Lowering it slightly looks like progress but still keeps boots on necks.
Any time someone proposes reforming instead of abolishing ICE, it bears noting that ICE is currently violating a bunch of federal court injunctions, plus their own policies.

Giving the sadistic ethnic cleansing squad more rules to ignore is not enough

Billionaires have spent decades redirecting the blame for failure so of course that goes for the sports world as well.

The tour guides make minimum wage and they still have variable pricing where the same exact tour will cost anywhere from $40-$100.

Salary cap will not affect ticket prices. It will only affect their profits.
People on here will skeet anything. "A salary cap will lower ticket prices." No it won't. That isn't true.

It would be so fucking easy to pay ALL their employees a living wage.

So

Fucking

Easy
Crazy offseason so far! Look at these AAVs

Made the mistake of logging into LinkedIn and it's just post after post of creatives with 15+ years-long being laid off and looking for work.

It's absolutely heartbreaking and so terrifying.
