One declarant stated that Federal Protective Service had requested NG help at the Dirksen courthouse—where the hearing was being held—which appeared to be news to the judge, and defendants’ had to file a supplemental declaration to clean that up

Perry tells Hamilton she's been told that is "untrue. No one from the Federal Protective Service requested any National Guard troops."
