Watching 'The Rip' on Netflix. At 09.30 into it, it has the worst CG smoke I have ever seen in a film. The N64 did better smoke. In fact, the Amiga did better smoke.

Had to send off my red UK passport, as it was due to expire too close to a travel date. Properly sad and annoyed that I have to get the pro-Putin, post-Brexit one now. Not a fan of this timeline.

My view in Berwick upon Tweed, seeing in the New Year happily in the freezing cold with my daughter, Erin, and my wonderful girlfriend, Edina. Got given champagne by the lovely couple in the photo. On the way back to the house, we got grabbed by strangers for a chorus of Auld Lang Whatsit. Fab!
