Not to mention fucking megalosans being confirmed. i'm still not over that. I still don't think i'm entirely ready to accept the idea of using it as a sans motif outside of old AU homage stuff but if that's the price I must pay to be Canon and Tony-core I will do it...

i dont know why so many people seem to think that undertale era toby fox was like totally incompetent as a game dev. there's a reason why pretty much everything is the way it is in that game. maybe im glazing but like ??

i dont think i need to say how much i loved the UT 10th anniversary stream. the whole thing felt dreamlike and the fanservice was just unreal LOL

id love to release an umbratale song for the anniversary but unfortunately i injured my eardrum so i'm not sure if that'll be possible for a week or so

worst comes to worst i could just make a directwave preset that has a different sample for each octave but it'd be cool if there was an actual plugin for this stuff
i know of PAPU but to my knowledge it doesn't let you make your own waveforms

its literally just a sample which is like good enough but im pretty sure the gameboy handles changing the pitch differently than your average sampler does because i can't ever get it to sound *exactly* right
i could always just do it in furnace or something I GUESS but thats HARDDD

my one problem is that i think my current replacement for the wave channel isnt very accurate but idk if theres any good plugins for that

i got kinda cut off by the character limit but pretty much i wanna be able to make it so that i only get push notifications when i get a reply from someone i follow while still making it so replies from other people show up in my in-app notifications, but that seems impossible with this system

just noticed that this app got actual notif settings WHICH IS GOOD but it doesn't help much because it's not separated into push and in-app notifications like twitter's settings are. if i wanna only get push notifs when a mutual replies to me then i can only get in-app notifs for that too. laaaame

the people shitting on the programming is so confusing to me because why does it matter if it's something that doesn't effect the user?? he figured out something that works and the game is so simple that if something is a bit unoptimized it really doesn't matter at all

i hesitate to even agree with that because the game pretty much works perfectly fine? there's some things like the punch card glitch but i wouldn't be surprised if he just left those in because of their speedrunning utility

we've gotten so much insight into the development and i can't remember reading anything that implied the game didn't match his vision 😭 it does exactly what it set out to do and most of the things i've seen people say they "want" to be added would just be distracting or pointless
