We are expecting 10 - 15 cm of snow tonight in #OttCity.

A winter weather parking ban will be in effect starting tomorrow, January 11 from 10 am until 7 pm. When vehicles are removed from our streets, our crews can clear snow efficiently.

With upcoming rain now is the time to clear catch basins! Why? Blocked catch basins – with snow or ice – can prevent water from draining properly. This can cause pooling on roads and hazardous conditions.

Circular Materials is now responsible for recycling in Ontario. Their contractor, Miler Waste will be collecting your blue and black bins starting Friday, January 2.
As part of this new recycling system, you can now recycle more.
