The new Wendy’s commercial has a doorbell sound to start it off. It plays often as my husband watches tv. It sets my dogs off. It’s has really given me a negative opinion about that fast food chain!!

DOGE has repeatedly failed to find evidence of widespread Social Security fraud.

So why does the Trump regime keep bringing it up?

It's part of a deliberate ploy to cut benefits — using the false pretext of "fraud" — and have Congress use the savings to give billionaires a giant tax cut.

Amen!
Stop letting unfunny men tell you there’s something wrong with you for not getting their “jokes”. Stop fake laughing. Let their reality reflect the truth of how fundamentally they misunderstand humor. Neuter their ability to use “it was a joke” for emotional cover. Make them see nobody laugh.

One way to reduce drug spend is to have the FDA do an analysis of how long medicine retains it's potency. It can do it one drug at a time.

I’m so stressed by the world, I cannot seem to finish the last 100 pages of my book that has a happily ever after. The main character has to go through some stuff to get her HEA and I just don’t have any reserves to go there with her. She’s fictional! 3 years and 363 days to survive…..

As TicTok went dark I logged out of the Meta apps as well. It was kind of a relief. In the meantime, I have upped my reading and stitch count goals. I need to avoid this hellscape that is somehow reality for a few days.

A colleague challenged everyone in our office to read something by an author who was very different from us. I have intentionally done this many times, but was reminded of the importance of hearing different perspectives. I start a new book tomorrow with this in mind. Will you?
