I think I’m pretty good at sitting with my emotions and facing them, acknowledging them and trying to not suppress them, I’m just very unsure what to do next. Here they are. Now what? Will I keep feeling this way, does it make it easier when it happens? I need to learn more.

I asked my friend once how she managed holding herself together and deal with the weight of existing and just living with everything without letting it consume you, and she didn’t really understand. Maybe I didn’t explain it properly but there’s a heaviness inside that is sometimes unbearable.

My girl cat was napping right next to me today. She hasn’t done that since I first got her and she was a baby all those years ago, so that makes me feel loved.

I think the only movie I’ve watched in this little shut inside era that I didn’t like was cruel intentions. I stuck it through to the end cause it’s considered a cult classic, but I think it’s a “you had to be there” kinda deal. It was shallow and all of the characters were frustrating to watch.
