So training has been going really well until yesterday when I was running on the treadmill (it was down pouring outside) while watching football and I almost fell off the treadmill and now have a hamstring strain. So apparently I cannot watch sports and run at the same time.

The new Apple Music feature where it just randomly chooses to blend the end of one song half way through another is the most useless feature and I hope there is a way to turn it off.

I have a progression run tomorrow and progression runs are my least favorite type because I can not maintain pace to save my life. And by maintain pace I mean I run ahead of pace the entire time in the beginning and then can’t actually maintain the ending pace because I’m gassed.

I finished this over the weekend and it was phenomenal. Noah Wyle deserves all the awards!
