If you oppose new rental apartments that might have a nice view because they're "luxury", but are silent about reserving nice views for the garages of $5 million+ detached houses, congrats! You're part of why Vancouver has a housing crisis.

One thing about Vancouver is everything looks busy and super full of people. Until you go to Dunbar and realize they just forced all the people in one place. 4 courts empty at 5 pm on a sunday
