For anyone curious about the lake color, it is caused by light scattering about the "rock flour" suspended in the water. As the glaciers melt, they carry sediments with them.

Here are a couple views of Lake Louise (taken early September, late morning). Seeing the glacier makes me want to return in late spring some time.

A fireball streaked by while Yasutaka Saika was taking a photograph of Comet Tsuchinshan–ATLAS, producing this beautiful, accidental celestial alignment.
