Remember, the answer to car-dependant “retail sprawl” can’t just be some green tech on buildings that are in the fundamentally wrong place. And “better cars” isn’t the answer either. Rethink the land-use, the mobility, the whole thing. Otherwise you’re just doing the wrong things better. HT Singer
